As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, ensuring accuracy in booking details, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
Understanding things from our guests perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
