Job Overview / Purpose: As a key member of the Marketing team, you will manage, own and execute the AI go-to-market plan. You will be a strategic marketer who is passionate about supporting growth, revenue generation, driving brand awareness and creating a great experience for our customers and prospects in the UK.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Partner with our Chief AI Officer and AI Practice Lead to align and communicate plans, tactics, and resources to meet revenue targets in existing and new markets.
2. Translate the company’s business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio offerings into formal, integrated marketing plans and campaigns for AI.
3. Understand buyer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to develop effective messaging.
4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a digital-first strategy, that generate marketing qualified leads from targeted prospects or cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
5. Create sales enablement plans to drive sales adoption of the portfolio and support conversion of marketing qualified leads to pipeline opportunities through Digital Sales and wider sales teams.
6. Create effective assets and content for websites, campaigns, events, and sales enablement dedicated for the AI GTM.
7. Track the ROI of campaigns to meet and/or exceed the pipeline, revenue, and retention targets against the role's KPIs.
8. Build and manage relationships with 3rd party agencies, freelancers, and Microsoft to ensure alignment and execution of campaigns are managed to a high standard.
9. Manage the end-to-end messaging life cycle, converting messaging into compelling client story-led content across various formats, audiences, channels, and communications.
10. Create and execute scalable demand generation programs to create and nurture opportunities across industries, personas, and key client challenge areas across channels such as events, thought-leadership, digital, social, and more.
11. Iterate, test, and learn what works and what doesn’t to help drive results.
12. Conduct market research and competitor analysis monthly and present to the commercial team monthly.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Five or more years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology industry.
2. A commercially minded marketing professional with AI solutions experience.
3. Experience of managing Marketing Development Funding plans.
4. Strong knowledge of revenue marketing.
5. Experience of running campaigns from end to end.
6. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships internally and externally.
8. Experienced in briefing internal teams and external resources.
9. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
10. Excellent eye for good positioning, writing, and design.
Qualifications:
1. CIM Marketing Level 6 or relevant Degree.
2. Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
