Domiciliary Care Manager
Norwich branch
£45,000pa
We're delighted to be supporting an established local home care provider in the recruitment of their next Registered Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and highly regarded organisation, leading a dedicated team of carers and clinicians. As a confident and experienced registered manager the aim will be to grow the branch ensuring continued high quality and good/outstanding outcomes, and make a real difference in the lives of the people you support.
As the new Domiciliary Care Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, person-centred care to people of all ages in their own homes and community. You'll oversee the day to day operations of the Norwich branch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the Registered Manager with CQC
* Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team of carers.
* Maintain CQC compliance, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local health professionals.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
* Manage budgets and drive business growth while maintaining exceptional care quality.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary/home care.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and making a difference in the community.
Salary and Benefits:
* £45,000pa
* 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing to a maximum of 33 days over 5 years' service. Annual leave purchase (ALP) scheme to provide more time off during the year.
