At Konsileo, we’re scaling up, and the newly created Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role offers a unique opportunity to work across the business and help inform strategic decision-making by analysing financial trends, identifying opportunities, and managing risks through detailed financial planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, collaboration is central. Whilst your core responsibilities will evolve as we shape the role together, key areas will include:
1. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Supporting the CFO in developing and managing the company's financial plans and budgets. This involves creating annual budgets based on past performance, growth forecasts, and market conditions.
2. Forecasting and Financial Modelling: Owing all aspects of the Group Financial Model. Using historical data and current trends to forecast future financial performance. This includes building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
3. Performance Reporting and Analysis: Analysing financial data and creating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis vs plan to provide insights into the company's financial health. This helps in identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
4. Supporting Investor Relations and Capital Raising: Assisting the CFO and Exec Team in preparing financial information and analysis for investor presentations and communications. Provide support to the CFO for future capital raising processes (Series B equity etc and debt). This includes providing inputs for valuation models, operational analysis, and variance to plan.
5. Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with the Exec and Central team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. This involves continuous communication and collaboration to understand each department's financial needs and performance.
6. Strategic Financial Advice: Providing strategic financial advice to the Exec team to support long-term business goals. This includes identifying opportunities for optimizing assets, investments and growth opportunities i.e. overseas development.
