As the Salesforce Talent Acquisition and Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new talent for our Salesforce Analytics and MuleSoft solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and optimizing resource allocation across various projects to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and hiring plans
4. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs
5. Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Resource Management
1. Monitor and manage the allocation of resources across projects to optimize productivity and efficiency
2. Maintain a comprehensive resource database and track resource availability and utilization
3. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and effective assignment of resources
4. Identify and address resource gaps and potential conflicts to ensure project timelines are met
5. Provide regular reports and updates on resource allocation and utilization to senior management
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in talent acquisition and resource management, preferably in IT
2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and resource management principles
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
5. Proficiency in using HR and resource management software/tools
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Minimum 5+ years of experience
