NHS Grampian is looking for an enthusiastic individual interested in taking on a high profile role to facilitate change in behaviours and culture to support the wellbeing of Resident Doctors. These roles will provide the post holder with a unique opportunity to work on a rota system providing day, night and weekend cover in the Break Facilitation Team. The team is being formed to provide dedicated focus for a year to embed culture change, working with medical staff at all levels and supporting the multidisciplinary team. The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with Clinical Leadership and Operational Management to identify and collaboratively address challenges that may impact on breaks. They must be able to exhibit excellent communication skills and have a good level of fitness as it involves walking between wards across the site. This is a rare opportunity to engage in a high profile area of work that requires passionate, motivated and value driven individuals who will confidently support change in behaviour and culture.
These are fixed term, full time posts, until Nov 2025.
