As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Production (Fish) you’ll work as part of the production team, producing high quality products in a safe, efficient and hygienic environment. Using trained skills, including using a knife to trim fish to a variety of differing specifications, you’ll aim to reduce waste and improve yield.
Safety is a top priority and you’ll need to follow all relevant knife safety training at all times to ensure risks are minimised, including wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as chainmail gloves. We’ll provide all of the training you’ll need to be successful in this role.

About you
You’ll be the kind of person who:
* Can read, recall and trim to set standard specifications across multiple products and customers
* Is able to work in a fast paced food manufacturing environment, which can be damp and wet with varying temperatures of 8 degrees and below
* Can complete repetitive movement of hands, fingers and wrists for averaging 8-10 hours daily, complying with Health and Safety regulation
* Has completed Food Safety Level 2 (desirable)
* Is able to comply with relevant business and site policies, such as health and safety and food safety standards
