One Sunday in three (Working for 2 hours): 10:00am 12:00pm (working from home)

Salary depends on experience: £24000 - £27000
Pioneer International are a family-run business specialising in the Import and Export of freight worldwide. We are ideally looking to recruit an individual with experience in shipping and administration at our Milton Keynes Branch.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Booking shipments via the DHL, Fedex, TNT online systems.
2. Tracking of arranged shipments.
3. Clearing shipments with the courier companies.
4. Completing Customs Declarations using our software ASM Sequoia.
5. Liaising with customers, addressing and resolving issues.
6. Responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries in a timely manner.
7. Inputting shipments into the computer.
8. Organising paperwork.
Required Skills
1. Proficiency with Microsoft programs and other IT software.
2. Strong and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Effective personal time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
4. Strong administrative skills.
5. Good telephone manner.
6. Highly organised.
7. Able to work as part of a small team and on their own.
Experience
Experience in shipping is required. Preferable experience with arranging shipments with DHL, Fedex, etc.
