REMOTE - IT/TECH Sales Admin Assistant Are you experienced in a Tech sales role? Do you have a passion for technology or currently work within the Tech sector? An IT Consultancy is looking to recruit an Admin Assistant to support sales follow-ups and assist senior management with various administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic tech environment. Key Responsibilities: Processing Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Quotes: Ensure all financial documents are accurately processed and recorded. Following Up on Customer and Client Queries: Maintain regular communication with clients and customers to address their enquiries and provide timely updates. Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements for senior management, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation. Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring all correspondence is addressed promptly and professionally. Coordinating Meetings: Schedule and organise meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and arranging necessary equipment. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that arise. Marketing via LinkedIn: Assist with marketing efforts by managing the company's LinkedIn presence, posting updates, and engaging with followers. Diary Management: Manage the diaries of senior management, ensuring all appointments and commitments are scheduled efficiently. Qualifications: Previous experience in a Tech sales or administrative role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using office software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive attitude.
