An established Nottingham based law firm is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will work alongside the Partners and Associates in driving growth through strategic business development initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and proactive individual who is keen to join the dynamic field of construction and real estate law.
The Role:
* Developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives aimed at building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new assignments and positioning the firm as a leading group.
* Working with the fee earners to develop individual client plans to deliver a service which meets all of their needs, and identify areas of opportunity within each client account.
* Leading strategic and planned approach to develop action plans for existing clients and targets.
* Collaborating with the wider team in developing marketing collaterals and executing business development strategies.
* Any other related ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager.
To Qualify:
* Minimum of two years’ experience in a business development role within professional services firm.
* Proven experience in preparing proposals, pitch materials, presentations and other related marketing materials.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels and background.
* Effectively manage assigned workload independently while delivering accurate and high standard of work.
