The Role – Graduate Support Worker:
* 1:1 and Small Group Behaviour Support
* Deliver targeted support to individual students and small groups to address behavioural challenges and encourage positive interactions.
* Implement tailored behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and address any disruptions effectively.
* Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
* Provide mentoring and emotional guidance to help students build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and navigate social interactions effectively.
* Assist teachers in managing classroom dynamics and supporting students with behavioural needs during lessons and activities.
* Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people and children.
* Minimum 2:2 UK-based university degree.
* Previous experience in a similar role supporting behaviour and/or additional learning needs is essential for consideration.
* Strong academic background
* Empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and resilience to meet diverse needs.
