Due to our continuing growth, Succession is currently seeking an experienced and capable Business Analyst to become part of our Change Team. The Role: As part of the Change Team, this role is responsible for developing and implementing best-practice business analysis processes to support the successful delivery of projects within a Life Cycle Management framework. As a Business Analyst you will work closely with Project Managers to ensure timely and consistent delivery of project outcomes. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across a varied, diverse and constantly evolving change landscape. Leveraging your excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating a high degree of emotional intelligence coupled with the skills and ability to capture and translate business needs, converting them into actionable business requirements. You will be comfortable and effective at challenging conventions and raising potential enhancements. You will also need: Substantial experience as a Business Analyst in a structured Change Management environment or related role Degree level qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Business Analysis certification or equivalent. Thorough understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Experience working as a business analyst on Business Operating Model redesign projects Hands-on experience with business analysis and process mapping software.
