We are looking for an individual who is ready to start an exciting and challenging role within the Repairs and Maintenance scheduling team.
This is a 37-hour a week vacancy rostered between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm; job share is available five mornings or afternoons.
To flourish as a Team Scheduler, you must possess skills that enable you to work efficiently under pressure with a sympathetic approach to individual circumstances.
The person we are looking for will be an excellent communicator; compassionate and hardworking.
This position is a crucial role, and you will be working as a key representative for a business ensuring repairs are managed in an efficient and timely manner.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding and/or experience within the social housing sector and/or Repairs and Maintenance.
You will possess good IT knowledge and have a strong commitment to achieving both team and personal goals.
In return, we offer a pension scheme; 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) with a view to increase after five years and incremental progression reviewed annually.
There is also an opportunity to hybrid work once fully trained, with a minimum of three days a week attending the office.
