Work with your team to oversee all factory processes, ensuring smooth processes across production, quality, cost and achieving on-time delivery to customers.
Liaise with customers in partnership with the Commercial Manager to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery.

Extensive, well-developed team-first leadership skills with a proven long-term successful track record of working with all types of people, helping them to achieve their potential (for themselves and the business) and having empathetic but challenging conversations, if required, around performance or attitude.
Financial Management : Significant documented experience managing costs, including improving margins, creating business cases for investment, and reducing costs.
Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to be clear about standards and flexible when working with the team and customers. Software Skills : Must be fully conversant with main Office 365 packages, with the proven ability to use Excel to analyse data, gain insight from it, and visualise it in meaningful ways for the team to make decisions. Ideally, experience with ERP/MRP systems and their implementation.
Small Business Skills : Experience and understanding of working within a business with less than 200 employees but ideally less than 100 employees. Salary: Competitive depending on skills and experience.
