Project Manager required for leading fit out/refurbishment contractor covering fit out projects in the hospitality industry based out of Wakefield. The Project Manager will ideally come from a fit out/refurbishment background, preferably working within the hospitality industry with SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications. Experience in managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to handover is essential.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, commercial, and fast track fit out sectors would be a major advantage.
The Project Manager's duties will include:
1. Managing multiple projects
2. Client-facing responsibilities
3. Overseeing trades/subcontractors
4. Dealing with health and safety
5. Handling necessary paperwork
