Job Title: Tutor Job Duties: Deliver engaging and effective tutoring sessions to students Assess students' learning needs and develop personalised learning plans Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress Monitor and track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Required Qualifications: Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching Knowledge and Skills: Excellent knowledge of the subject matter being taught Effective classroom management skills Ability to motivate and inspire students Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or related field Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Working With TP Tutors: Part-Time hours Temporary position Flexible schedule All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
