The Role
As a Bathroom and Plumbing Sales Specialist, your main responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the right products for their bathroom and plumbing needs. You will provide expert advice, answer product-related queries, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging with customers to understand their requirements and recommending appropriate products.
2. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products, including taps, showers, toilets, and accessories.
3. Providing accurate product information, specifications, and pricing details to customers.
4. Assisting customers with product selection, offering alternatives and upselling where appropriate.
5. Handling sales inquiries and generating new leads to expand the customer base.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales and contribute to the overall success of the company.
7. Maintaining a clean and organized showroom, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
8. Keeping up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Previous experience in sales in the bathroom or plumbing industry.
2. Excellent product knowledge and understanding of bathroom and plumbing fittings.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
