* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload.
* Support colleagues in Pact’s family work.
* Some IT skills and knowledge of safeguarding/child protection are desirable.
* Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and collaborating with different agencies.
In short, you're a real 'people person' who will work hard, support the team, and add value to the visits centre in any way needed.
What Pact Offers:
* Employee benefits including free confidential advice and counselling, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, eye care vouchers, and generous annual leave.
* Opportunities for training and development.
* Thorough induction and supportive team environment.
