Our client seeks a Yacht Management Accountant to join their team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts for a portfolio of yachts.

Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Reconciliation of bank, cash, and card accounts
3. Extracting monthly bank and card statements
4. Preparation and ongoing management of annual budgets
5. Processing payments and inputting into the accounts system
6. General support to Captain and crew
7. Owners team conference calls
8. Assisting with purchase orders, supplier queries and arranging Cash to Master via agents
9. Completion of annual reviews
Key Skills & Experience
1. Part-qualified or studying towards an accountancy qualification such as ACCA or similar
2. Highly motivated to provide clients with exceptional levels of service
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills with a systematic approach to work
4. Excellent communications skills
5. Ability to meet deadlines
6. Must have a desire to learn
7. Adept in the use of MS Office, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel
8. Able to operate online banking systems
9. Previous experience with yacht accounts, management and ownership structures is desirable
