Sales Administrator required for this urgent maternity cover located in North Cambs.
Duration: 6 months
Salary: £30,000pa pro rata
Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Thursday), 8am - 4pm (Friday)
Location: St Ives (must be happy to be in the office 5 days a week)
Your Duties:
1. Obtaining information on quotes/tenders
2. Identifying any potential projects with both new and existing customers
3. Analysis of lost projects
4. Liaising with the estimating department to ensure their customers' requirements are being delivered
5. Updating CRM system
6. Following up sales leads via telephone or email
7. Assisting in marketing plans
8. Support with planned events

General admin duties include:
1. Booking arrangements for Rohan
2. Sales administration
3. Lead chasing and maintaining database in Salesforce CRM
4. Updating the CRM with start dates and other relevant information
5. Administering the internal sales process
We are looking for a well-organised and bubbly person with a good telephone tone. Note that this role may involve occasional informal language in the office environment.
Business park near St Ives, just off A14 - near Swavesey, Lakes Business Park.
Salary expectations will be led by myself. Flexibility in hours can be discussed, including the option for one day from home.
Chasing leads will involve warm calls, and you must be happy to pick up the phone.
