Summary We are looking for a Campsite Assistant. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors. Hours: 37.5 hours a week (full time). Shifts are 8 hours and start at various times throughout the day from 7.00am; with the latest finish 9.30pm (Fridays only). Duration: Fixed Term Contract until 2nd November 2025 Salary: £22,698 a year/ £11.64 an hour Interview date: Weeks commencing 3rd February and 10th February Internally known as 'Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant'. Accommodation is provided to the postholder for the proper or better performance of their duties in accordance with Trust criteria and HMRC rules. What you'll be doing In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop. A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.
