We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis. If you have experience in a fast-paced HR environment, ideally within the education or technology sectors, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR skills. You'll provide vital HR administration support, assist with employee relations and wellbeing, payroll, health & safety, and various HR projects. The Role As People & Culture Administrator you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Reporting to the People & Culture Team Manage, you’ll collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams. This is an office-based role, working 30 hours over 5 days. Your Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.• Handle internal and external HR-related queries.• Coordinate health & safety documentation and training.• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.• Support employee relations and wellbeing initiatives.
