Opportunity Highlights: Ideal for an experienced Mortgage Administrator with at least 18 months of relevant experience, looking to work within a sociable and team-oriented environment. Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Mortgage Advisers. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service that encourages ongoing referrals. Ensure compliance with industry standards, keeping records accurate and up to date. Manage the full mortgage process, from initial application through to completion. Attend meetings with lenders, building industry relationships. Collaborate closely with clients, lenders, and advisers, ensuring timely delivery of documents, letters, and updates. Create invoices, manage adviser fee records, and assist in drafting recommendations and suitability letters.
