Roster Coordinator - Flexible Disability Supports
We are seeking someone with awesome communication and organisation skills to work with the recruitment team and manage rosters for our people/clients.

Florence Nightingale Agency has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Flexible Disability Support Unit. This unit is responsible for the support and empowerment of disabled people and their families to have more say in the type of cares received and how they will be delivered. Centric to our services are our care staff and the people we support. We operate in line with the enabling good lives principles.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Coordinate placement of care staff in the person’s home (or location of supports/community).
* Manage rosters/schedules to ensure the person has the right level of supports at all time, and that they know exactly who is coming, when and why.
* Actively liaise with recruitment services to support accurate, timely recruitment.
* Managing absences and roster gaps promptly.
* Effective, professional and timely communication with the person regarding roster and care staff.
* Maintaining accurate documentation for reporting purposes.
