JOB – Brasserie Manager
LOCATION – Kerry, Ireland
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – €43,000 -€48,000 per annum
A Kerry based luxurious hotel are looking for a Brasserie Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Brasserie Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
2 years experience in a similar F&B management/ leadership role in a hospitality environment.
Proficient using excel, Microsoft word etc.
Excellent attention to detail & customer focused attitude.
Strong understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
Strong communications killsThe duties & responsibilities will include:
To have a strong understanding of the Hotels procedures & policies as well as training programmes for staff.
Ensuring guests are receiving the best service.
Maintain a positive attitude at all times with guests & your team.
Prep of forms, reports etc when required.
Training of junior staff.
