The role will report into the Head of Commercial and will involve being part of a fundamental business transformation programme whereby NS&I is transitioning to a multi-provider model. The ideal candidate will have the commercial skills and confidence to implement an operating model that will underpin the future of the Transformation Programme. NS&I needs to recruit and retain the commercial acumen it will need to support Transformation. The main purpose of the commercial manager role is to: Implement and manage the commercial work streams stemming from the Transformation Programme. This includes, but is not limited to, delivering the procurements and assisting with exit and transformational planning with the incumbent provider. Effectively manage the commercial aspects of NS&Is future operating model after implementation. Progress and develop through strategic function, individual development and business development.
