Jewson a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager, who's as passionate about great leadership as we are. Leading a team of 8 colleagues.


Hours – 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12


JEWSON Ayr Mccalls Avenue, Unit 1, Newton Trading Estate, Ayr KA8 9AE


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
2. Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
3. Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with our Jewson Values
4. Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
5. Build effective relationships with suppliers
6. Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
7. Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
