Job Title –Account Manager – Car Rental Sector
Job Location –Leicester
Salary – £19k – £23k
Our client is recruiting an Account Manager who will be responsible for increasing revenue and rentals within a portfolio of corporate clients.
You will be prospecting for new business within their portfolio to achieve individual targets and company objectives.
They are looking for someone with great customer service and is sales orientated.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage an allocated account base
* Respond to client queries and concerns
* Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
* Establish, maintain and develop current and potential client relationships
* Present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients whilst ensuring appropriate profit margins
* Re-negotiate existing client’s rates and contracts
* Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries, new leads and referrals.
* Identify problems impacting on customer satisfaction and to implement a prompt and effective resolution through the management of all necessary resource.
* Manage an allocated account base.
* Develop account profitability (MASC) and achieve monthly revenue targets
* Seek new business opportunities within the account portfolio
* Communicate new, or changes to existing product range, terms or conditions when required
* Ensure activity is recorded accurately on individual portfolio accounts via Salesforce (CRM)
* Plan daily activity to ensure focus on sales and targets
Person specification:
* Strong contract management, interpretation and negotiation skills.
* Well-organised, first class communication and presentation skills.
* Problem solving / continual improvement mentality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Experience of working to targets essential.
* Experience of working in a team, and individually when required.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with determination to achieve team targets.
