Role: Bid Coordinator

Howells are working with a leading Passive Fire Protection business that are looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to work for their team based in Harlow.
What you will be doing as Bid Coordinator:
Support in the initial evaluation of opportunities in close collaboration with line manager
Co-ordinating tender/enquiry deadlines, logging and categorising onto CRM system
Managing bid documentation to maintain effective record keeping
Assist with and populate qualification/selection questionnaires/applications
Support with the formatting/quality of bid/tenders and supporting material.
Ability to review client questionnaires and provide general business information
Co-ordinate clarifications during tender process to keep internal team informed
Ability to manage and maintain existing bid library
Diary management, booking of meetings to ensure bid approval process is followed
Co-ordinate communication across internal teams to ensure standard information is regularly updated
Liaise with internal departments to produce timely information/pricing
Maintain annual company accreditation questionnaire
Provide general administrative support from time to time
Organise and schedule meetings
Provide support where required to Sales Co-ordinator in the management of enquires
