Learning & Development Administrator

Up to £24,000 (Depending on experience)
At Norse Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Norwich on a permanent, full time basis.
As Learning & Development Administrator you will provide a range of administrative services within the Norse Group Learning and Development department, supporting the effective management and delivery of all training and development activities across the Norse Group and ensuring the smooth running of all training programmes and services.
You will be responsible for:
* Enrolling staff onto appropriate courses and programs as required.
* Updating and maintaining training records across all systems and other files as required, ensuring accurate provision of data.
* Regularly extracting training data to support reporting and monitor performance measures.
* Setting up of Apprenticeships via the online Digital Apprenticeship Service and other associated administration.
* Setting up work placements and other associated administration.
* Creating and processing of invoicing and purchase orders (PO’s) and support with action logs and meeting minutes.
* Supporting the wider teams with queries and emails.
Working closely with the rest of the team you will also support with the coordination of training events and courses including issuing out any documentation, attendance lists, feedback whilst recording and reporting relevant data.
Our Successful Candidate:
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline driven environment
* Knowledge of training systems and procedures is preferred
* Level 3 in business administration is desirable
* Excellent time management able to work to deadlines
* Ability to produce accurate written documentation to specification
* Previous experience in a business administration role, whether commercially or through work experience
