Skills for Care has exciting opportunities for 2 x HR Officers to join our People Team. You will manage recruitment activity, onboarding activity including drafting contracts and offers, completing right to work checks, and supporting inductions. You will contribute to payroll administration, learning and development activity, and data management. Our HR Officers provide advice, guidance, and support to all our internal and external customers.
You will be an experienced HR generalist, with experience in recruitment and selection coordination, and experience and knowledge of using HR systems.
