I am pleased to be supporting my client in the recruitment of an Insurance Accounts Assistant more commonly named IBA Assistant. Full training will be given however if you currently work as a Accounts or Admin assistant and have experience of reconciling accounts that would be an advantage. This is a fully hybrid role typically working 2-3 days in the office in Milton Keynes. Please find an overview of the role below: Assist with the reconciliation of accounts Assist with the reconciliation of receipts and payments with invoices Assist with reviewing and processing of payment requests Review and forward settlements to cashiers Resolve queries promptly and efficiently, in a courteous and efficient manner consistent with agreed Service Level time frames Ensure Notice of Cancellation letters received directly from insurers are forwarded to relevant departments, so that they can action as appropriate Requirements Full training will be given but ideally my client would like someone with Admin or Accounts Experience Strong written and in person communication skills Proficient IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to take on new information and have a willingness to learn
