We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to join our Specialist Care Home for service users with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviour.

Our residential home has been designed to support different levels of complex needs, meaning we can offer staff the right working environment dependent on your experience.
It is very important that we support individuals to retain as much of their independence as possible. Care is about providing much more than physical needs; it is about the social and emotional support you will be providing by building up a strong and healthy bond with the service users and showing them and others involved in their care that you truly care about them and their lives.

Applicant requirements:
* Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check
* Level 2 or above in a Health and Social care setting is desirable
* Full Driving license - desirable
* Due to the nature of this position you need to be 18 years of age or above
* Passion and desire to make a difference is a must
As this position is inside our care home, any offer of employment is conditional upon providing evidence either that you have received a complete course of the Covid-19 vaccine or that you are medically exempt from receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.
