Internal support (40% time) Team initiative tracking and reporting Working with Sanofi internal sales systems (e.g SISO). Ad hoc activities; to include coordinating requests from other hubs for information, file management. Team meeting coordination, agenda gathering and taking minutes and actions. Project work (20% time) Support as required for key commercial projects, Achieve key business objectives as agreed with the Client Manager Career Experience Min of 1 years experience of working as administrational support for a commercial function Mon of 1 years experience of working in a faced paced commercial environment (preferably within sales) Experience of working in a commercial environment within FMCG would be preferable Qualifications Educated to A-level standard or equivalent Good standard of general education, including Math and English Required Skills The ability manage data accurately (including spreadsheet management) The ability to time manage effectively The ability to use excel to an intermediate level in order interpret sales data and create reports for the client To ability to use Power Point to an intermediate level in order to help create compelling presentations for both customers and clients. The ability to proactively anticipate issues and solve them in a timely manner by investigating as appropriate and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to autonomously manage and prioritise your own workload in order to ensure accuracy, attention to detail and that deadlines are met as agreed.
