Then the Marketing Co-ordinator role could be for you As part of NFU Mutual’s broader Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our key Community Support funds and schemes, ensuring they align with our social objectives and help enhance our reputation. You will take charge of the annual set-up, execution, and promotion of funds like the Agency Giving Fund, Community Champions Scheme, and payroll giving schemes, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational effectiveness. You’ll review applications, process nominations, and ensure timely and fair distribution of funds while adhering to compliance protocols and keeping transparency top of mind. You’ll monitor and analyse the impact of funds, creating reports for senior leadership and recommending improvements to continue aligning with our ESG objectives. You will work with our communications teams to promote schemes internally and externally, creating compelling case studies, videos, and assets to inspire further participation. You will also establish connections with charitable partners, the Agency Network, and employee interest groups, representing NFU Mutual at internal and external forums, and collaborate with national charitable partners on integrated marketing campaigns to raise awareness and support their causes. Additionally, you’ll manage internal and external inquiries, providing expert advice and guidance on requests for community support that align with our strategic commitments. About youWe’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about community engagement but also possesses a strong set of skills to drive our initiatives forward. You will have broad experience within marketing and/or communications, including covering ESG/Corporate social responsibility topics, and planning and delivering integrated campaigns. You are a proven project manager with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency. You have the proven ability to forward think to help overcome challenges and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. You possess the ability to handle sensitive information with care and empathy, maintaining trust and professionalism in all interactions. Excellent relationship building skills are essential, along with fantastic communication skills, you possess the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and tell stories clearly conveying messages that inspire and engage others to take action and drive advocacy for supported causes. The ability to work autonomously and manage a high volume of work at pace. Proven experience of Microsoft Office packages Knowledge of creative process and applications (photography, video) is desirable.
