Our client is a market leading technology-based organisation operating in the fastest growing media sector. They currently require a home based Telephone Account Manager to service a designated base of key client accounts and generate new business in Europe.

The Role
* Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers of clients ensuring that the relationship is nurtured and grown.
* Understanding your customers’ needs, recommending suitable solutions, and delivering excellent service.
* Maximising the retention of spend.
* Delivering growth and customer satisfaction.
* Selling their full portfolio, demonstrating the value in their proposition and present business reports designed to increase membership brand loyalty.
* You will have the support and back up of strong case studies, metrics and marketing information.
Your responsibilities will be to:
* Proactively maintain regular contact with existing clients to establish and build close working relationships.
* Interpreting and explaining client data to help demonstrate portfolio value.
* Ensure that customers are aware of partnerships and full portfolio of available products.
* Source new business opportunities.
* Ensuring quality customer engagement, with a high level of business acumen and product knowledge.
* Identify and conduct relevant training opportunities to support the relationship.
* Conduct product and service training with clients.
* Deliver revenue growth and high conversion rates.
* Achieve sales revenue, new product and activity targets.
* Maintain accurate up to date records, high quality information in CRM.
* Be responsible for your product, market and competitor knowledge.
* Drive the satisfactory resolution of customer queries and complaints to completion.
* Effective communication and liaison with all team members.
The Candidate
To apply you will have a proven track record of phone based consultative selling of any type of B2B product.
We are particularly keen to speak to sales candidates with experience of:
* Digital Media (Recruitment advertising, Online Display Advertising).
* Digital marketing solutions (Recruitment advertising, Online Display Advertising, Websites, SEO, Google, Facebook, etc).
* SaaS sales to business customers.
You will require a stable work history.
Ideally you will possess:
* Proven relationship-building, account management and new business skills.
* Experience of working in a multi-product environment.
* Self-motivated and results orientated with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
* Experience in helping and supporting customers to understand the value of and how to unlock their digital potential.
* Ability to manage your own time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
* Happy working in a fast-moving performance-led environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Structured, disciplined, energetic, committed to individual and group improvement.
* The ability to negotiate and influence.
* The ability to understand and analyse data and select and articulate findings.
* A natural problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
* Good IT skills, with competence in Microsoft Word, Excel/PowerPoint or Google Slides/Sheets.
* Ability to speak French, Italian or Spanish would be preferable.
