Here at GXO, we’re looking for an Operations First Line Manager to join our growing site in Wellingborough.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 from 7, 09:00 – 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensure a complete and exceptional service is provided to the customer and lead activities to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture.
* Achieve and exceed KPI target expectations, reporting any deficiencies in operational targets immediately through the escalation process.
* Complete accident packs and investigations.
* Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are met.
* Responsible for the physical appearance and safety of the working environment.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work individually under his/her initiative.
* Excellent systems knowledge as well as be confident on all Microsoft packages particularly Excel.
* Takes ownership of processes and responsibility for own workload.
