An opportunity has arisen to cover maternity leave as PA to Looked After Children Service.
This interesting and varied role requires ability to work well, taking initiative whilst committed to teamwork. This position also requires good communication skills and the ability to meet the demands of working in a very busy environment.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and to deal with confidential and highly sensitive issues in a professional manner.
Base Location: Poole Hospital
Interview Date: TBC
• To act as the focal point of communication for the Looked After Children (LAC) service
• To ensure accurate data is captured and recorded promptly to meet the requirements of the LAC service
• Contact with clinical and clerical teams to ensure patients are managed in the best way through their pathway.
• To be responsible for the initiation and prioritisation of own workload.
• Supervise and support the LAC administrator
