Duties & Responsibilities:
* Reporting to our Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
* Responsibility for Half of our Supplier Ledger, making payment monthly to include statement reconciliations.
* Dealing with Daily Post & Emails received, recording invoices on our systems & sending out for authorisation.
* Reconciliation of invoices to our Purchase Order Systems.
* Batching & processing of invoices & credit notes.
* Liaising with internal departments & suppliers to resolve queries.
* Being Numerate, accurate & with attention to detail.
