Forest Care Selection is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third-sector provider that supports adults with Acquired Brain Injuries, Learning Disabilities, and complex Physical Disabilities. This quality-focused provider requires a Health & Social Care Trainer to train and develop staffing teams across their Midland services.
The Health & Social Care Trainer will:
1. Travel to various services across the Midlands, designing and delivering training to staffing teams.
2. Identify any training areas that are required to enhance the quality of care to clients.
3. Work across busy social care teams in various rehabilitation and specialist services.
The Health & Social Care Trainer will require:
1. A recognised training qualification (e.g PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD or equivalent).
2. Experience of delivering training in a Health & Social care setting.
3. Experience of designing and delivering training to a wide audience.
4. A flexible approach to fit around the needs of the services.
5. The ability to travel to various services in the Midlands, which will also involve some overnight stays.
6. Excellent people skills.
In return, the charity is able to offer:
1. A base salary up to £30,870 plus Car Allowance (£4,700).
