A leading international Architectural firm in the City is seeking an Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional services company and will have excellent organisational and communication skills.
Duties will include:
1. Managing and coordinating calendars of Senior Managers.
2. Arranging international travel and visa applications.
Working as an Administrator in beautiful offices in the City, you will enjoy working for a leading international Architectural practice that manages many international projects.
This role is office-based for 5 days from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM in a friendly, supportive, professional environment.
