About the role
As our Operations and HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our administration functions, playing a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient running of our daily activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of our firm, including HR, training, recruitment, health & safety, and administration. Please note this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract; once completed, this has the potential to be reassessed.

Job responsibilities
* Assist with administration for the firm and help with employee queries regarding systems
* Update and maintain the firms’ systems
* Support with workflow development for various teams
* Participate in various projects, research, and coordinate initiatives
* Draft letters and documentation
* Update policy and procedures
* Assist with implementation of new systems including data input
* Provide support for events and other ad-hoc duties
* Work must be undertaken to the highest possible standards and conduct themselves in accordance with the firm’s procedures
* Manage information with the utmost discretion
Person specification
* Proven experience in a similar position
* Strong I.T skills
* Be able to communicate effectively with a variety of different people
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet competing deadlines
* Although not essential, experience within professional services would be preferable
