Join the International Insurance team to help develop and grow the Insurance business around the world. Work and collaborate with Insurance colleagues across 10 markets to develop digital capabilities to accelerate sales and provide good digital servicing solutions for our online customers.
How will you make an impact in this role?
You will be responsible for project managing a number of digital capabilities to improve features and functionality to American Express insurance customers. Lead the development of the international insurance servicing tool to become a best-in-class tool. Collaborate with market teams, Tech partner, and insurers to manage through to delivery our vision for digital capabilities.
* Support the Product Manager in the vision & rollout of International Insurance Digital Platforms- Sales and Servicing & with other capabilities that are in Discovery phases.
* Lead & drive the strategic development of the Servicing platform to be able to realise the POA for this platform – including business requirements, Compliance reviews, Tech partner & partner/insurer tech project management to deliver new phases of this platform.
* Lead on specific & multiple requests from individual markets – assess for costs/benefits & market readiness to determine prioritisation. Be able to deliver these specific requests to ‘live’ in collaboration with market & tech partner. Be able to juggle a varied portfolio of tech requests through to delivery.
* Collaborate & work alongside the rest of Fee marketing team to understand priorities for capabilities for marketing, tracking & campaigns. Be able to prioritise marketing requests.
* Collaborate with Data & Insights team that informs of successful new features & UX decisions to improve Funnel performance of platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven experience of working on digital technology projects from Discovery through implementation, to Delivery from a User's perspective.
* Proven experience of delivering improved digital metrics that drive both sales & revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience of Insurance or card digital marketing, project management within a blue-chip organization.
* Preference to have worked on digital platforms with a software company.
