Our client, a multinational energy company, based in Belfast, is currently hiring a Direct Sales Administrator to support its SME direct sales team across the whole of Ireland on a 4-month contract. You will act as a point of contact for sales contractors' and sales partner's queries and assist with processing SME sales and renewals contracts.
Responsibilities
* Be the point of contact for all SME Sales partner queries, supporting them in their field sales activities
* Ensuring all necessary onboard and re-contracting processes are followed and help customers where necessary
* Provide administrative assistance to the sales and retention team
* Assist with the updating of KPIs and sales reporting for various sales channels
* Distribute weekly product information to ensure all agents and brokers have the correct product pricing
Requirements
* A confident and professional communication style, whether written or oral
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer-focused and a proven ability to deal with complex requests
* Able to create, compose and edit written materials, appropriate to communicate to the target audience using Word or PowerPoint
This position is for initially 4 months, however, this may be extended or made permanent, but this is not guaranteed.
