Key Responsibilities:
* Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.
* Applying for jobs, and projects via jobserve, and Linkedin.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external contacts.
* Creating reports, presentations, and other documents.
* Prepare regular reports on project plans and status reports.
* Formulating spreadsheets and recording data.
* Managing multiple calendars.
* Scheduling meetings.
* Preparing agendas.
* Occasional Personal tasks.
* Invoice management
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Requirements:
* Certificate of higher education (Bachelors) preferred.
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or demonstrate administrative experience.
* Experience within HR and Accounts management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Personal checks including enhanced DBS required.
