RME Consultants is delighted to be working with this reputable client based in Oxford, who is looking for a forward-thinking individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator.
Role: Trainee Sales Negotiator
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Working hours - 9.00 – 17.30 on Monday – Thursday, 9.00 – 16.30 on a Friday and 9.00 – 15.00 on Saturday (1 in 4).
Main Duties for the Trainee Sales Negotiator:
* Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
* Conduct property viewings and provide information to prospective buyers or tenants.
* Build strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
* Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, and property owners.
* Maintain accurate records of properties, leads, and client details.
* Support property marketing through online listings and promotions.
* Learn industry best practices by shadowing experienced team members.
* Complete administrative tasks, including drafting contracts.
Experience Required for the Trainee Sales Negotiator:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
* Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
* Competence with IT systems and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
* The successful candidate needs to have a UK Drivers licence
