Salary range: £25-28K DOE
Reporting to the development manager.
Objectives:
Add value across three key areas of the institution's business:
* Managing and developing the CICES Approved Development Scheme [ADS] programme
* Supporting the implementation of the CICES Education Panel (EP) in addressing the current and future needs of the civil engineering surveying sector
* Providing a crucial link with the CICES membership team to support and enhance the membership proposition
Role responsibilities:
* Ongoing implementation of the account management approach to ADS customer service
* Building long-term relationships with companies to encourage membership and uptake of the ADS programme
* Assisting ADS key contacts, to review progress and respond to queries
* Implementation of a series of visits and presentations to ADS members
* ADS lead development and nurturing
* Liaison with ADS companies on education issues
* Supporting the EP in the development of educational initiatives and curriculum.
* Updating of member database as/when necessary
* Handling membership enquiries via phone and email when required
* Encouraging ADS members to attend membership surgeries
* Supporting the membership review process when applicant numbers reach an agreed threshold
* Attending relevant events and industry conferences/exhibitions as required
* Other related duties by mutual agreement with the development manager
