1st Line Desktop Support Engineer £25,000 – 35,000 Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused 1st Line Desktop Support Engineer to provide essential IT support and service to our users. Based in Wembley, you will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless operations across the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline IT support, troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory (A/D), and MS Tenant administration. Assist in basic networking tasks, including IP configuration and device connectivity. Deploy and manage devices through Intune, ensuring smooth system updates and security compliance. Support VoIP system deployment and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with GDPR and ISO27001 standards, handling sensitive data securely and responsibly. Monitor and respond to security alerts using Sentinel, ensuring the security of IT infrastructure. Deliver excellent customer service, resolving user issues efficiently and professionally. Requirements: Some experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, A/D, and VoIP systems. Basic knowledge of networking and security standards. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
