About the role
* This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered

* The base location for this role is Melksham and surrounding areas
What you'll do
As Shop Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out preventative, routine and emergency maintenance work on equipment in our shops
* Ensuring all on-site mechanical and electrical equipment is working as effectively and efficiently as possible
* Carrying out regular maintenance work, day-to-day repair of shop equipment, electrical repairs and modifications
* Ensuring machine downtime is minimised whilst repairs are carried out for a group of approximately 80 shops
About you
* 18th Edition Electrician Qualification (ideally)
* Significant experience in installations, electrical repair, fault finding, preventative maintenance and continuous improvements
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and carry out a varied workload in all trades, on both equipment and property
* A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
* Knowledge of Food Safety & SHE
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility in working hours (as may be required to work different shifts each week or asked to work overtime)
* IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
