Hours : 2pm-10pm Late shift. Monday-Friday. Temporary to Permanent full time role
Pay : £16 - £20 per hour DOE

Our manufacturing client in Leicestershire is recruiting for a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate a team of up to 10 production staff on the pm shift. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fabrication, press, and laser cutting and be ready to step in and assist when required.
Key Responsibilities:
•Supervise and coordinate a team of inspectors, machine operators, assemblers, and fabricators.
•Interpret fabrication drawings and ensure accurate execution.
•Identify and highlight potential errors before fabrication to prevent issues.
